The client may want to improve their overall balance since this will help to eliminate injuries caused by falls. A good idea is to have a friend join in the workout so that each person will stay motivated.

Some individuals will need to balance work and family commitments while finding time to workout each day. The benefit of working out daily will be a healthy mind and body, and this can keep the person's self esteem at a high level. The final result will be that the person will look wonderful.
